Furthermore, the changeable color band solution offers supreme versatility and minimized stock holdings (ie no need to stock quantites of all colors of connectors), whilst the one-piece design of all plugs ensures ease of handling on site; no fiddly pins, ferrules and back shells etc.
The design process started with the coaxial cable. Being quite literally at the core of the system, the cable is the part that fundamentally determines the resulting performance, and so cannot be compromised for the sake of convenience - that’s not to say however that you can’t have both! Satisfied that the cable was as good as possible, the connectors and tools were then custom designed in tandem from scratch to exactly fit the cable, optimized to ensure a result with the best reliability, along with awesome performance and longevity.
