IR SYSTEM Connecting Block
(Standard Version)
The
new KORDZ® IR-C240 connecting block sits at the heart of the complete IR system. It's function is to accept the IR signal from the remote IR target/s, and relay it simultaneously through to the 4 emitter ports to send IR to all of your AV devices. This is achieved via the emitters which are shown below. You can use either single emitters, enabling up to 4 devices to be controlled from one connecting block, or dual emitters (2 emitters heads per port/cable) for control of up to 8 AV devices.

3.5mm socket accepts direct plug-in from KORDZ® IR Targets
Terminal strip can be used to terminate CAT5E (or similar) from extension cable adapter or other brands of IR targets
Compatible for use with KORDZ® KC-J8 junction boxes for termination of up to 8 parallel targets
Requires 12V DC power supply, 500mA recommended
Includes mounting tabs to permit mounting on vertical surfaces (hardware not included)

new KORDZ® IR-C24J connecting block sits at the heart of the complete IR system. It's function is to accept the IR signal from the remote IR target/s, and relay it simultaneously through to the 4 emitter ports to send IR to all of your AV devices. This is achieved via the emitters which are shown below. You can use either single emitters, enabling up to 4 devices to be controlled from one connecting block, or dual emitters (2 emitters heads per port/cable) for control of up to 8 AV devices.

new KORDZ® IR-C120 connecting block is a stripped down version of the IR-C240 (above). It is perfect for the D.I.Y. stand alone installations where simplicity is required, for the control of up to 4 AV devices via a single IR target.

Single IR inputs - 3.5mm socket only for use with just one KORDZ® IR target
